在《三国演义》第75回中，有一段“关云长刮骨疗毒”的故事。神医华佗从酒喝多了会醉这一现象中受到启发，发明了以曼陀罗花为主药的一种全身麻醉剂——“麻沸散”。  曼陀罗又叫山茄花，具备定喘、祛风、麻醉止痛等功效。可用于治疗哮喘、惊痫、风湿痹痛、脚气、疮疡疼痛等。

La magie dans l’oppération de Hua tuo—Mafeisan(Le Datura officinal)

Dans le 75eépisodedes Chroniques des Trois Royaumes（Sanguozhi）, il y a une histoire très connue qui s’appelle « Guan yunchang se désintoxiquait par ruginer ». Le médecin numineux Hua tuo a trouvé l’anesthésiant—Mafeisan en inspirant de l’ ivresse.Le Datura officinal, appelé aussilaStramoineou laStramoine commune(Datura stramonium). Il a été utilisé comme Plante médicinale pour ses effets antispasmodiques et sédatifs du système nerveux central, préconisée contre l’asthme et lesnévralgies.

신의 화타의 수술 신화--마비산(만다라화) 

≪삼국연의≫제75회에는 “관운장이 뼈를 깎아 독을 치료하다”라는 이야기가 실려 있다. 신의 화타는 술을 많이 마시면 취하는 현상으로부터 계발을 받아, 만다라화를 주요 원료로하는 전신 마취제-- “마비산”을 발명하였다. 만다라화는 독말풀로도 불리우며 천식, 경간, 류머티즘 통증, 무점, 부스럼 통증 등의 치료에 쓰인다. 

The surgery myth of the great doctor Hua Tuo--anesthesia powder (mandragora)

There is a story about “Guan Yunchang gets his bone scrapped to get rid of poison” in the 75th chapter of “The Romance of the Three Kingdoms”. Inspired from the phenomenon that people get drunk, the great doctor Hua Tuo invented the whole body anesthetic “anesthesia powder” with mandragora as the main ingredient. Mandragora is also known as Datura metel and has efficacies like relieving asthma, rheumatic pains, anesthetizing and pain killing, etc. It is used to treat asthma, epilepsy, rheumatism, dermatophytosis, swelling and ulcer paining, etc. 

ตำนานการผ่าตัดของหมอเทวดา ---- ดอกลำโพง 

ในตำนานสามก๊ก ตอนที่ 75 มีตอนหนึ่งว่า “กวนอู กรีดกระดูกรักษาพิษ” หมอเทวดาดื่มหนักจนเมามาย  เกิดแรงบันดาลใจ  คิดค้นนำดอกลำโพงมาใช้เป็นยาชา  ดอกไม้ชนิดนี้มีชื่อเรียกอีกชื่อหนึ่งว่า “ดอกมะเขือภูเขา” มีสรรพคุณใช้รักษาอาการหอบหืด ลมบ้าหมู ทำให้เกิดอาการชา คลายเจ็บปวด โรคไขข้อ เหน็บชา และอาการเจ็บปวดบาดแผลเป็นต้น
